Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

What do you do if you think you are being cheated.

My husbands and his ex-wife went to court a back in September of last year, she accused him of being abusive to his son. My husband in turn filed for joint/full custody of his son. She could not prove her case that day in court, and the judge told my husband the only reason he did not give him joint custody was because he did not know his full medical history. But when we received his decision almost 6mts later he decided that she had proved her case, and that my husband needed to see his son every other Sat. from 9:00-5:00. So we requested a copy of the hearing papers, and we were told they could not be found. What should we do now. Also an important factor is that his ex-wife knew what the outcome was to be two months before we did.

You need to get an attorney in the county where the case was heard to check into this.
