If she is willing to sign the divorce papers that is the easiest way to get the divorce. You would have to send them to her and let her sign them and have them notorized. If she is not willing, you have to serve her with the divorce papers through a process server and then she has 30 days to respond. If she does not respond, you then file for a default. Are there children involved? Who has the children if so? These are some questions which must be answered along with any property or debt.
