Re: Forms

To be blunt, you are asking the wrong question. You should not be looking for forms for filing financial affidavits, you should be looking for an attorney to represent you. The most certain way to make sure you lose badly in divorce court is to try to represent yourself. Let me repeat this - if you represent yourself in divorce court, you are almost certainly going to lose. And if you go to an attorney AFTER you lose and hire him or her to try to fix it, it will be far more expensive than hiring an attorney to do it right the first time - and you will probably lose again because it is hard to undo a court order once it is done. If the other party has an attorney and you don't, it is the equivalent of going to a gun fight without bringing a gun. It will not turn out well.

If you insist on representing yourself, a number of Alabama court forms can be found at http://eforms.alacourt.gov/ However, I strongly advise you against filing anything on your own without talking to an attorney. If you can't afford the first attorney you talk to, call another one, and another one, until you find someone who can work out an arrangement with you to represent you.
