Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Alabama

Tow truck stuck it to me!

I own an eighteen wheeler. I got stuck in a small town in Alabama a couple of days ago and the tow truck company charged me $6,640.00 to get my truck back. They impounded the truck untill I payed. I ownly owned the truck which could have been removed from the property with a small tractor, and after I payed was all I recovered. The trailer was owned by the milk Company who owned the milk. Furthermore the truck and trailer were not even connected when the towing service got there. This was robbery and has basically put me out of business. Is there anything I can do?

The question of whether or not you can sue or not is directly related to the various facts of your case which you haven't posted. If you want to email my office and discuss the facts with me, I can give you a better assessment of the situation. I look forward to hearing from you.
