Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Alabama

If a woman in Birmingham, AL allowed her 28 year old son to come back and live with her in her house temporarily without any type of rental agreement and no rent or utilities paid by the son, are there any laws that would prevent her from evicting him now that its been a few weeks and she no longer wants him in her house? Are there laws that back her in this position? The woman never made an agreement of any type with the son that he could live with her for a fee or for a specific period of time. It was simply to give him temporary shelter until he could find another place to live. Thanks.

Yes she can evict him easily by stating he is no longer welcome...leave.
