Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alabama

Disability that has occured over a period of time

I am a rural letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. I have been out of work without pay since 10/29/2004, due to medical problems that have occured over a period of time due to my duties as a letter carrier. I have talked to alot of mail carriers active and retired that have had the same injuries. I need to talk to a lawyer that will handle a case against the Postal Service for neglect to warn letter carriers of the possiblity of damanging certian parts of their bodies doing this work repetively. There should be instructions on what parts of your body to strengthen and what excercises to do that would strengthen these parts of your body. My injuries will affect me and the type of work, if any that I can do for the rest of my life. Is there a case for these type of injuries?

Aren't you covered by worker's comp? If not, why not? Do they claim that the injuries were caused by something other than work injuries?
