Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alabama

Judgement against former tenant,How to Collect?

I have a judgement of $800 against former tenant because he did not show up at court. He changed jobs and I have no way to contact him. All I have is his parents address. Can you please tell me what to do or direct me as to what I need to do to find his place of work to garnish his wages? Can the court help me do this?

Thanks in Advance,

The court will not help you find him or his assets. You must do this. You could hire a private investigator. good luck.
