Re: MY PRIMARY doctor refered me to nero surgen.

If your doctor referred you to a neurosurgeon, you should be seen by a neurosurgeon. Usually, workers comp will follow your doctor's advice. A neurosurgeon will decide if you may need surgery; whereas, a pain management doctor usually tries to control the pain with medication and/or epidural blocks, etc. If you would like to discuss this further, please give me a call (205) 254-3927.
