Legal Question
I filed for a Civil Summons court date and had defendant served for damages on a commercial building lease in AZ. Their attorney sent me a notice they had filed for BK 7 and I had to stop my action. I did not know they had filed for BK and they did not list me as a creditor. What are my options?
