Non-payment of Note
I have a note with an land company that is currently undergoing restructuring. My note was due to be paid on March 4, 1999. They say they are going to pay them all. Do I need to submit a request for payment of this note in writing in order to keep it valid? Any other suggestions?

Re: Non-payment of Note
Yes, of course you should send that request. Be sure to send it to the court and/or whoever oversees the restructuring as well as to the company.
I'm surprised you don't have local counsel; do you? You probably should. How much is the note for? [email protected]
