Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
criminal charges / dangerous drugs
my charges go back to 2001-2002.will there be any chance that the courts will be leniant towards me or does it not matter? i havent had any other arrests since. Im living in washington state and need to resolve this situation.

It depends on the exact charges and depends why the charges sat, ie, did you evade them, is there a warrant, If it is your first offense and it is DRUG POSSESSION/USE and not manufacturing or sale, your first charges will result in an offer of probation.
