Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Felony Counts
If you have commited 4 counts of felony fraud of insurance and its your first offence will you get time in jail or prison.or could it be knocked down to a lower charge.someone i know has commited these crimes and i was wondering what might happen.

There are a lot of variables involved. (1) Who is prosecuting; (2) amount of loss (3) victim
(4) etc....
