Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

Separate DUI blood test

How do I get a blood test that is separate from the one given by the State

of Arizona? In other words, a separate test that will verify the alchol blood

level and the blood tested was mine.

Re: Separate DUI blood test

There are many independent labs and facilities which can do this. Law enforcement usually will only keep a duplicate blood specimen for a limited period of time. Those arrested are often provided a written advisements of their rights concerning this process. This is an integral part of a DUI defense. Contact me or visit the website listed on my profile for additional info. Best of luck with your case.

Any hospital or medical clinic. Just make certain they analyze whole blood and not plasma or serum. Thoroughly review our website (www.azduiatty.com). Then call our office for an intake interview.
