How to divorce in AZ, USA, if married in UK

I am a Brit living in Arizona. Me and my wife decided to have a divorce, she left for UK for almost a year now without replying to my letters so both of us can initiate the divorce, how do i go about it, she doesn't cooperate and im confused, can i file a divorce by publication in Pinal County, Arizona?
