Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Arizona

Hello,

I am currently working on a project and i've come up with a organization name. However, since every good company has a slogan i also came up with one. The slogan contains the word 'google'.

Is it legal to use the word "google" in my slogan?

Best Regards

Chris

No. GOOGLE is a registered, used, and highly protected trademark.

I really hope that GOOGLE doesn't become generic because it is my favorite trademark.

Best regards,
