Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

Can A private firm (American Legion club)take away a bartenders minimum wage salary and force them to work for tips only. A bartender in AZ is liable if they serve someone intoxicated, can they still be held liable without being paid?

Thank you for the question. As long as your pay amounts to at least minimum wage, they are in compliance with the law.
