Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

accident may ruin future plans

I was in a rear end collision car accident as a rear seat passanger and was injured pretty badly. My neck, shoulders, upper and lower back, and right hip are all pretty messed up. Later this summer I was supposed to attend a physical competency test for the Air Force Academy, the college I've been working towards since I was 7 years old. Now, my administration officer says that my injuries have a good chance of eliminating me from the process. We are taking the people that hit us to court with an attorney, but can someone please explain what exactly that would fall under and what kind of cost it would be. Im just trying to get information because my parents deal with the lawyer and I don't exactly get much say in the matter. Thank you.

Re: accident may ruin future plans

You question is in good faith, but unfair to us. We do not know the details of the injuries, claim, case, etc. and it is already in litigation with an attorney.

Address your questions or concerns to the attorney on the case. I am sure that he or she will be more than happy to respond.

Good luck.
