Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Help

Hi i am the legal guardian of an 8 year old whose father was recently murdered in prison. I can't get any information from the prison and feel someone should be responsible. Any ideas? What about social security?

Hire an attorney on a contingency fee agreement on behalf of the child. Make a Freedom of Information Request to the prison for the reports you need.
