Promissory Note

Is there a statute of Limitations on a Personal Loan that has been notarized in a promissory Note? the amount is too high for Small Claims. I will need an attorney. ?

This is not an injury law question, but a contract question. I will answer it anyway.

The general statute of limitations is four years. It is six years on a written contract. Do not delay and wait until the last minute. File your suit. See an attorney for specifics in your case.
