Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

We bought a used mobile home in a park from the owner of the park. We paid it off in one year as per our agreement. The owner of the park has given us a paid off promissory note, but the title was still in the name of the woman who used to own it, she has passed away. We have been waiting 5 months for the title and still have not received it after many phone calls. Do we have any legal recourse?

Yes, you can bring a legal action for breach of contract. You purchased the mobile home, which I hope that the owner of the mobile home park was actually the legal owner of the home, and he must deliver title to you or give you your money back.
