Breech of contract
Can I file breech of contractIagainst my ex-fiance with whom I purchased a home and he has since moved out of town leaving me to make the monthly morgage payment.

Yes, you can sue your ex for breach of contract and for one-half of the mortgage payments you have made and his share of the taxes, insurance and all other costs of ownership of the property.
You should also sue to "quiet title" to the property, in order to take 100% of the ownership of the property or force him to sell the property with you.
