mismanaged escrowed funds

What is a bar complaint? Our title company mismanaged the funds we left in escrow for questionable sewer repairs. The buyers did not repair the sewer, and the title company paid the escrowed funds to an air conditioning contractor. They have ignored our certified written demand for our funds.

A bar complaint usually applies to complaints against attorneys. You want to complain to the AZ Dept. of Financial Institutions. You may want to consult an attorney to see if you can get satisfaction without complaining to the Dept. The Dept. may not collect money for you, and you may still have to retain counsel to collect what is owed to you.
