Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Quit Deeded Property

Dad deeded his home in the names of all four of his children. So, now they are the owners. If one doesn't want to sign on selling property now that Dad is decease, what are the other childrens options.

Also, can the one owner without permission from the others rent that property out?

How can the other three children get out of this situation without any help from the fourth child?
