I redeemed a condominium from foreclosure which my exhusband let go to foreclosure by not paying association dues, I received a "Satisfaction of Judgement" and became successor therby I would believe, how do I transfer it to my name. The answer depends upon what the divorce decree provides as to ownership of the property. You probably have a claim against him for the money you paid to prevent the foreclosure and pay the association dues, but that alone does not give you sole ownership of the property or cause a forfeiture of his interest. You should seek partition of the property and force a sale of the property or cause one of you to buy the interest of the other.
