Do I have a right to know who reports me to my HOA?

I agree with Brian Blum. You should be allowed to review any records the association has, but I'm not sure this is relevant. Reported violations must be confirmed by the HOA before they take any action against you. If there is a violation you must remedy it regardless of who reported it.

I think you probably do. See ARS 33-1805. But, I'm not sure.
