Signing over insurance

Am I required to turn over insurance money my husband agreed to pay to buyers of our house if I did not agree to it?

I do not know how the house was titled or what the purchase contract provided, but, without more facts or circumstances, I would say yes, you must turn over the insurance money as agreed by your husband.
