Re: can I get fired

In Arizona, you can pretty much be fired for anything - with or without a reason, unless you have a contract with specific provisions addressing the circumstances in which you can be terminated, or belong to a labor union with such a contract. Generally speaking, Arizona law favors an employer's ability to hire and fire at will, and it takes a unique set of circumstances to circumvent that predisposition.

However, this is not really a sexual harassment question, per se. It's a question for an employment lawyer. I am a mediator, and I am sometimes asked to mediate situations in which people feel they are being sexually harassed on the job. If you want to challenge your release from your job, you would need to consult a plaintiff's employment lawyer to talk about the specifics of your situation, and to see whether you have any legal options. If you need a reference to a good plaintiff's lawyer, please feel free to contact me by e-mail. I'd be happy to help.

I read Ms. Price's comments and she is accurate. If you desire to challenge the loss of your job, a lawyer would need more details first. Do you have a contract? What doe the terms say and so forth. Please feel free to contact me to discuss these issues.
