where in Arizona would I, the Trustee, get a copy of a trust?

Trusts do not need to be recorded or published anywhere. They are private agreements between the creator of the trust and the initial trustee. If you do not know where the trust agreement is designating you as trustee, then perhaps, the trust was never made or has been terminated or modified.
