Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona
I am in Arizona.
I have made a will and an Arizona Beneficiary Deed in order that hopefully, when I die, my adult daughters will avoid probate. My question is where do I register the beneficiary deed and how?

You record the deed at the office of the county recorder, in the county where the property is located.
