deceased husbands credit card debt

my husband had a credit card $2600. I am not on it. He has no estate, no life insurance. we have a prenup stating what's his is his, what's mine is mine. can they go after me in the state of AZ?

They will probably try to claim that you owe them the money, but such a claim is most often without merit. Sometimes they are able to prove that the money was used for your necessities, but I doubt that they would try for such a small amount. If they try, your prenup should be a good defense.
