Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

My father passed in March of 2014; he had no will. He was disabled, lived in a nursing home and on SSI. He had no spouse since my mom and he divorced over 20 years ago. That leaves my sister and I as next of kin. I have good reason to believe my sister may have claimed some property or money from the state of Arizona via the website missingmoney.com, received funds, and purposely hid this from me. If I am able to obtain proof of this, what can I do? Wouldn't this be some type of fraud since I'm entitled to half, if indeed she did do this?

If you have proof that she took the money, then you file a theft complaint with the local police and you can bring suit in civil court for the theft of your share. She may have committed perjury in getting the missing money, and that may be a crime as well.
