I am sorry for your loss of your mother. Your sister has no legal authority to keep you from travelling to Arizona, nor can she prevent you from taking legal action. In order to "contest mom's trust" you need to have a claim or cause of action. You have not stated any reasons, facts or what you wish to contest. You can hire an Arizona attorney to represent you and take action on your behalf, which will minimize the cost and incovenience of you having to travel back and forth between your home and AZ. You should consult with experienced legal counsel to determine if you have good cause for legal action against your sister and what your options may be at this time. Do you know what your sister is doing with mom's income, bank account, personal belongings, etc. etc.?
