I am the conservator of my now minor

daughter account, she will turn 18 in

one week, will I need to back to probate

court to have the funds released?

will I need to go back to court to have

the funds released to her?

Yes, you need to file with the probate court and show that you have delivered the funds to your daughter and ask the court to terminate the conservatorship and discharge you as conservator.

Go to the self service center of the superior court and get the instructions and forms for doing this.
