state judgement statues

i would like to research state statues regarding assigning judgements and enforcing jugdements as the judgement creditor.could you please tell me where to find this information.

You could do this research in a law library. The two largest public law libraries, in AR, that I am aware of, are at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and the U. of AR in Little Rock.

There may be some place online where you can do this research. I don't know where they are since I do online research through my membership in the AR Bar Assn. You may want to try a search on legal research or laws, etc.
