can collector put lien on property in trust

I am trying to protect my mobilehome from having a lien placed on it by an attorney suing me for fees. I am going to change the title to my mothers name in trust for me. Can the creditor still put a lien on it and/or collect from me if I were to inherit the mobilehome through the trust later on?

Yes the creditor can. Transfering the property for less than value when you have a debt is a fraudulent transfer.
