Legal Question in Elder Law in Arkansas

My father was critically I'll 3 years ago but survived the illness he drinks everyday starting at noon in the meantime his current wife of 15 years not our mother who was married to him for 35 years has turned him against us

He has just will his entire estate to her and her 3 sons they are 40 to 50 years old

My sister and I believe he is incapable of making sound decisions. I was the will executor

My father was just hospitalised for a week and she did not contact us. Is there anything we can do to stop her or can we have this will reversed by providing to the court proof he is being manipulated and is not capable of making decisions

This is a Arkansas resident My sister and I live out of state

Yes. You probably need to get guardianhip over your father and have court examine recent transactions.
