Divorcee rights

husband commits adultery, wants divorce. I cannot pay bills without his income. is there any type of financial help he must provide? desperate & want to pay bills faithfully.

You have some options including denying him the divorce for 18 months while he is ordered to pay the bills. Contact a family law attorney to discuss the best way to go forward.
