Legal Question in Employment Law in Arkansas

I was terminated from my job and they wont send my final paycheck. The company is in Arkansas and I live in Missouri, what are my options?

You should contact the state Department of Labor (not federal) for where you worked. If you worked in Arkansas, you should contact the Arkansas Department of Labor. In many states there is a state law which mandates that your employer pay you your final wages withing a certain period of time.
