Legal Question in Disability Law in California
my former employer lied to the state of california unemployment office,I then had to wait 2.5 months for a hearing without recieving benifits.At my hearing I won and now receive benefits.They did not show up to the hearing.After three months I finally recieved benefits.I recieved no reason or had any written warnings. do I have any recourse?
