I am filing chapter 7 and i'm doing it on my own. The question is can i also submit a personal loan that a friend loaned me? If so, on what form do i put her in and what do i put as account number?

The loan from your soon-to-be-former friend is an unsecured debt unless you had put up collateral (such as a car, TV set, jewelry, etc.) for it, in which case it would be a secured debt. I assume there is no account number, so put "N/A".

You must disclose ALL of your debts and all of your assets. The loan, if unsecured, should be listed on Schedule F.
