Bk discharged can car still be repo'd?
I filed for Bk back in 7/2005. It was fully discharged. I have a car that I have had for 5 years now. I only have approx 3,000.00 left owed. my car is only worth 800 if that because of the milage and condition. can the car company repo my car? Can they satisfy my right of due process to advise me of repo, with the BK?

If you stopped making payments on it, it can be repossessed.
