Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

civil judgement

i hada criminal and civil judgement.i did my criminal portion and paid to the court for several years. now ten years latter they have pursued another continued judgement.is it possible to erase by bk because i have nothing.

Re: civil judgement

Whether the civil judgment can be discharged in a BK depends on what it's for. If the judgment is based on an intentional act you committed against someone, or a drunk driving accident, probably not.
