Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Objection to Report of No Distrobution

We provided services on a 3rd party liability case where the client was awarded the settlement and never paid our bill. They proceeded to file bankruptcy and we received a report of no distrobution from the trustee. Can we file an objection and do we stand a chance of a favorable outcome in court.
