Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Preparing for Bankruptcy

Can you give me the titles of books that would be good for me to read prior to filing bankruptcy so that my affairs will be in order when I seek legal counsel ? The goal is make sure that all of my debt is dischargeable, and leave no open doors to creditors.

Re: Preparing for Bankruptcy

There are many good books out there. However, whatever titles you select please make sure they were recently published, as bankruptcy laws are ever changing. As a start you might want to check our web page library for some good titles, through association with Amazon.com
