Doing business in other states

We're a California LLC, but will be collecting marketing / service fees from businesses in other states. Do we need any licenses to do so?

The easy answer is 'maybe'. You'll certainly need to be properly set up in CA, and will have to check to see what is required in the other states. Based upon your business, there probably isn't much required, if anything. Feel free to contact me if you seek help.
