Legal Question in Business Law in California

California

Is it legal (or is it libel) to complain to a business (on their contact form) about:

The incompetence of one of their managers.

His lack of responsibility.

His disregard of customer concern.

His refusal to take corrective action.

Thank you:

There is no libel involved if you complain to a business on their contact form, so long as the information that you are stating is true, and you are making the complaint on the company's contact form, and not disseminating the information to any third party(s). And by the way, the fact that the information is true, would also protect you if third parties did, in fact, get this information, but you are safer making the complaint on the company's contact form.
