personal loan statues
Is there a statue of limitations of an abiltiy of one person to collect money owed between two private parties that signed a personal contract

Of course; four years from breach of a written contract. If you have to sue, and the amount in question makes sense to hire an attorney, feel free to contact me for legal help. If you were smart, and included an attorney fee provision in the contract, then you're entitled to collect those fees if successful in your suit.

Generally, it is 4 years from the date of the breach of the written agreement.
