my 16 yr old was wrongfully arrested for attempted murder then after 60 days the DA had dismissed the charges, can we sue?

For what? Can you PROVE through credible and admissible evidence that the prosecutor knew the charges were false, and intentionally filed them anyway?

If everyone who had charges dismissed were able to sue, the entire system would grind to a halt.
