Can an American be locked up in another countries Rehab against there own will? And can the Rehab refuse any phone calls, inprisoment

It is doing you no good to ask American lawyers what the 'rules' are in some unstated foreign country. You'll have to ask attorneys in that country about their country's rules, if there are any of either. You've never heard of 3rd world brutality??
