i had file small claim court but i have someone serve the paper in case he os not their can i serve to his renter which leave in the same house.

If they occupy the same unit, probably. If the renter has his/her own apartment, no. If it is personally handed to someone other than the defendant, a copy must also be mailed to the defendant at that address.
